Up to 6 Months Behind Sole Proprietor: $800 LLC: $1,200 Construction: $1,500–$2,000 Comprehensive cleanup with full reconciliations and reliable financial reporting across all accounts.
12+ Months Behind Sole Proprietor: $1,500 LLC: $2,500 Construction: $2,500–$4,000 Full restoration of your books, bringing everything current and fully prepared for tax filing and financial review.

**Payroll Services**
- $75/month base + $8 per employee/month
- $200 one-time setup fee

**Notary Services**
**In-Person Notarization**: $10 per notarial act (Indiana state maximum)

We come to you and make the notarization process simple, fast, and stress-free.

**Travel Fee**: $0.73 per mile (round trip) — Minimum $20

**Wait Time**: $15 flat fee (up to 1 hour)

**After-Hours**: $15 (Mon-Fri after 6pm ET / 5pm CT) | $25 (Sat/Sun before noon)

**Printing / Copying**: $0.15 per page | $10 flat for scan & email

**Witness Fee**: $20 (we can provide)

**No-Show / Cancellation**: $20 if not canceled in advance

**Payment Options**
- Bookkeeping clients: QuickBooks invoice
- Walk-ins / off-site: Zelle (instant & free) – preferred
- Optional: Square for credit/debit cards (2.6% + $0.10)
